Pirate Paws Chihuahuas

We require a $250 deposit to hold the Chihuahua puppy of your choice. This deposit is nonrefundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy.  In that case, the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or of transferring that deposit to another puppy.

Once a puppy becomes available, he/she will remain available until a deposit has been received.                    Puppies are sold on a first come first served basis.              Once we approve your request to put a deposit on a puppy we will hold the puppy for 24 hours. During those 24 hours we will complete and email a Purchase Contract /Health Guarantee which you, the buyer, need to sign and return by email plus pay the deposit within those 24 hours. The deposit is applied to the purchase price. The balance owed will be due in cash when the puppy is picked up. 

We have several different options for you to pay your deposit; PayPal, Venmo or Zelle, or, if the puppy is less than 5 weeks old, you can mail a United States Postal money order with a tracking number. Either way, payment must be sent and tracking number must be emailed to us within 24 hours or the puppy will not be held.

We only accept United States Postal Money Orders, PayPal,  Zelle or Venmo for the deposit.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS OR BANK ISSUED CHECKS (Cashier's Checks).

Final Payment MUST BE IN CASH when you pay the remaining balance due when you pick up your puppy  - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Most puppies stay here until they are 8 weeks old.  Very small puppies or puppies with hypoglycemic issues may have to stay longer. Hypoglycemia is NOT considered an illness; this is a common issue in Chihuahuas. A deposit will not be refunded due to hypoglycemia issues.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the puppy if Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the puppy for any reason, or Buyer fails to pay the balance of the Purchase Price by the mutually agreed upon pickup date. In either case the Breeder shall be free to sell the puppy to another party.
