This Health Guarantee covers the cost of the puppy only. The breeder is not responsible for any associated charges. Buyer agrees to have this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of possession for a complete health checkup and to provide documentation of this exam to the breeder. Once the puppy has been verified healthy the breeder assumes no further responsibility for the condition of the puppy. The buyer now assumes responsibility to carry on with the appropriate care and feeding and scheduled vaccinations.

GENETIC DISORDERS

In the event that this puppy develops a serious genetic defect (i.e., heart, lungs, kidneys) within one year of this puppy’s date of birth, the breeder will require a written report from a licensed veterinarian with proof of the disorder. Once the major problem has been determined and return of this puppy is desired and agreed upon by both parties, a replacement puppy of comparable value will be given to the buyer as long as all terms of this contract have been followed and aforementioned veterinarian results and records are returned to the breeder. If a replacement puppy is not available at that time, buyer will be notified immediately when the next comparable puppy is available. No cash refunds will be given, only a replacement puppy. Any and all Veterinarian expenses incurred determining the problem/health status of this puppy will always be the sole responsibility of the buyer and no refunds or reimbursements will be expected from the breeder. If the puppy is to be returned to the breeder, shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer and no reimbursements will be expected from the breeder. Shipping of the replacement puppy will also be the responsibility of the buyer. Breeder will provide a replacement puppy within 12-24 months of return of this puppy.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This puppy is sold as "pet quality" see below conditions.

Breeder makes no guarantee about this puppy’s show quality or breeding ability as this cannot be determined at such a young age.

There is no guarantee on the adult size of this puppy as this cannot be controlled by the breeder.

Breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian fees, test reports, treatments, or for any transportation cost receiving or returning this puppy or any other related expenses.

There shall be no refunds or exchanges for any reason provided this puppy is fit for sale. This includes but not limited to inability to train, allergies, family disputes, size of dog or inability to reproduce.

A non refundable deposit of $250.00 will hold the puppy of your choice. The balance is due in full in cash before delivery of the puppy will be made. 

This health guarantee does not cover ‑adverse reactions to vaccinations, open fontanels, retained testicles, malocclusion, internal and /or external parasites including giardia and coccidiosis, trachea problems, luxating patella, hypoglycemia and allergies. 

This warranty does not cover any injuries to this puppy incurred once the buyer has taken ownership of this puppy.

Deposits are non refundable and there will be no cash refunds.

If buyer is ever no longer able to care for this puppy properly the breeder will always take it back. No refunds will be given.

Buyer is responsible to continue the proper care for this puppy including but not limited to continuing puppy vaccinations, worming and heartworm prevention on this puppy. If buyer falls to do so all warranties on this puppy are null and void.

This puppy must be examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of possession and documentation of this exam must be provided to the breeder. If buyer fails to do this all warranties and agreements are null and void between buyer and seller.

The breeder reserves the right to have this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice before a replacement puppy is agreed upon between buyer and breeder. If a replacement puppy is to be given to buyer due to a serious genetic defect the breeder has 12-24 months to provide buyer with a replacement puppy.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the puppy of Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the puppy for any reason, or Buyer failed to pay the balance of the Purchase Price by the mutually agreed upon pick up date. In either event, the Breeder shall be free to sell the puppy to another party.

Breeder retains the right to choose the best home for our puppies and to refuse any sale for any reason. Breeder also retains the right to refund a deposit and terminate a sale if we feel there is a valid reason to do so.

If there is a dispute with this contract, it will have to be brought to Rogers County, Oklahoma.

***By signing below the buyer agrees to hold all responsibility in the puppy's safety and well being from the point of leaving the breeders possession. The breeder will not be held responsible for any contagious or infectious diseases this puppy may be exposed to after leaving the breeders possession. Buyer agrees to continue the proper vaccinations, heartworm prevention and worming to insure the proper health of your new puppy. The breeder neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between breeder and buyer with respect to this sale. The buyer’s signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understand all the conditions of agreement on the contract of sale.
